Shipping

We use UPS ground to ship most of our products. Standard UPS rates will be applied to your order. Shipping usually takes approximately 2-7 business days depending on shipping method.

However in the case of larger canvas rolls, a special trucking company may be be used to ship these items due to the heavy weight of the product. We will contact you regarding the shipping method and cost if your purchase requires a special trucking company for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in providing exceptional customer service. We will gladly accept items for return or exchange within 10 days of delivery that have not been used, altered, washed, cut or modified in any way. Please retain a copy of original invoice or packing slip. Unless the item(s) is defective OR we shipped you the incorrect item(s), the original shipping charges and return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. When we actually receive the item(s) back in our warehouse, we will then credit your credit card account for the product(s).

Back Orders

Although Textiles For You makes every effort to avoid delays in shipping, occasionally an item ordered may be out of stock. We will notify you immediately by email or phone of approximate ship date under such circumstances.

Sales Tax

Textiles For You is required by law to charge California residents 8.00% sales tax. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the State of California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable.

To pay by credit card simply enter your credit card information in the “Method of Payment” section of the order form using our secure system. We also accept purchase orders for products not ordered through our website.
